Tulamben is the most popular diving area in Bali, suitable for all levels of diver, with four different dive sites. Most of the diving in Tulamben is from the stony beach. Lunch is taken at a beachside restaurant.
The most well-known site in Tulamben, the USS Liberty shipwreck, is home to an amazing 400 species of reef fish, and visited by over 100 ocean (pelagic) fish.
The shallower Coral Garden is very popular with photographers with its colorful corals and wide range of macro species found there.
Batu Kelebit is a deep reef, with the best corals starting past 20 meters. It takes a few minutes to get there from Tulamben by small local boat.
The Drop Off offers a short wall and healthy sloping reef with a wide variety of marine life.
